The Covid-19 Data Collection Tool has been developed to enable speech and language therapy services to upload the data that has been collected about individuals with confirmed and suspected COVID-19. More information about the project is available here

The CDCT privacy policy provides detailed information about the data collected in relation to your use of the CDCT and how it is used.
